We at OopsDeals.com believe in offering you the best deals and best value and selections. We do not offer returns on unused items.
We do offer returns and/or exchanges for damaged, non-working items if reported within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days we will not offer any returns or exchanges. Please verify that your merchandise is correct and in good working order when you receive your shipment.
Before you accept this shipment from the shipper, please verify that the product is not broken and is in good working order before signing for the shipment.
With each return, you will need to include a copy of the receipt along with the product and original packaging. Any item that is not in it's original packaging may be refused for a refund.
Send Back Your Returned Item(s)
- With your invoice circle the item on the receipt that you are returning. Indicate the quantity being returned and the reason for EACH returned item. Also indicate exchange or refund.
- Box the item(s) securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories (This is required).
- Address your package by using the return address of OopsDeals.com found on the receipt.
- We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item(s) and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 15-25 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges will not be refundable, and shipping will be charged for new items sent.
